The gardens that embrace the residence include rare species of subtropical plants, palm trees, and cycads that Mr. Motiska has grown from seeds he has gathered all over the world; truly showcasing what can happen when humans are in harmony with nature. Built in 1975, the single-story 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1500 square foot home offers unique views of the entire inner garden from every room. Renovations to the kitchen, primary bathroom and fireplace in 2006 and 2013 updated and integrated the home into its’ outdoor surroundings with the use of materials like Volga Blue Granite and Strand Bamboo flooring. A new roof and pergolas completed the renovations to the residence.
